Who is eligible? Rural and municipal water and wastewater systems of any size who are members of their State Rural Water Association. Rural Water Associate Members who purchase and register or lease 5 or more new vehicles during the current or preceding calendar year, current or preceding model year or preceding twelve month period or currently operate a fleet of 15 vehicles or more.
